Booking With RCC Bouncy Castle Hire has never been easier

  • Check availability (decide on any optional additional extras, overnight/Bluetooth speaker/Lights etc)
  • Simply input your contact Details and book.

You will then receive a order confirmation email, this means RCC Bouncy Castle Hire will be there on the day you need us. NO DEPOSIT required and you can simply pay on the delivery. You will receive a text the day before to confirm ETA of the delivery.

Delivery Details and Set up

We set our delivery route the Evening before the orders, when we do this we will arrange our drivers route to be the most efficient route for the company. this helps keep our staff on time and with a steady time to get all castles out as soon as possible to maximise getting set up as early as possible.

We start delivering from 7am and will run in numerical order, all of our castles will always be out before by 12am, they are then collected from 6pm in the same order so all parties receive the same amount of hire time. We ask if you have a preference of time you mention in the notes and we will do our best, but we cannot guarantee this until closer to the day. please call us if more information is required, we are more than happy to help.

On the delivery day our staff will turn up on time, professional, well mannered and we will have your hire set up in no time, we will need access to the electric for the power to the blowers. we will need to know where you want the castle positioning, then the staff will have the clean castle set up in not time at all. Once complete we will just need payment and a signature.

Then you can enjoy your day.
